The perfect pick-up

The partner reports the existence of a mission via our call center. The agent immediately processes the request and enters it into our management system in order to transmit an official price offer detailing all the parameters of the trip.

The partner can refuse or accept the proposal. If accepted via the link in the email, the race is immediately placed in the internal schedule. The agent will follow up with the end customer on behalf of the partner based on the agreed rate and standard payment terms. If the end customer has prepaid the trip to the partner, the latter must pay in advance for the trip at the 20/80 ratio in order to confirm its coverage.

The agent contacts the customer 24 hours in advance, within the appropriate hours, to indicate that they have been taken care of, in addition to confirming all the parameters. He remains attentive to any clarification or suggestion transmitted to him and passes the information on to the partner.

On D day, the driver reports the pick-up to the end customer in good time, following our management charter, while the agent reports the correct follow-up of the pick-up to the partner at the same time. The agent monitors the driver in real time via geolocation, so that each party can be kept informed in real time that the mission is going well.

Arriving at the destination, the driver releases the end customer according to the conditions provided (Premium, VIP, Bespoke). He immediately notifies the end of his support to the agent, who in turn notifies the successful completion of the follow-up to the partner.

At the end of the month, the administrative department and accounting send the statement and invoice for services.
