It is forbidden to travel with children on your lap. CHAR-LI secures the transport of your child by placing him in a suitable seat. It is imperative to let us know at the time of booking.

It is essential to fully understand how PRM assistance works at airports. Must be distinguished :

• assistance before the terminal, organized with the airport and CHAR-LI. The airport must be notified 48 hours prior to pick-up.
• assistance after the terminal, organized by the airlines, as long as you have indicated this on your reservation with the company. Otherwise, it will depend on the availability of a member of the PMR service.

If you forget to notify, rest assured that our teams will assist you, however, it will be a little more complicated, as the members of the PRM team are not available ad notum.

Any friendly 4-legged travel companion is welcome, as long as it is carried in a transport bag or a cage for this purpose. Any companion who does not respect this obligation will result in a refusal of pick-up or an increased pricing for the maintenance of the vehicle, subject to the application of our conditions.

In the event of a delay, provided that you have indicated your flight number when booking, we are already informed. However, on rare occasions, airlines may not update real-time information for major disruptions. You can cancel your reservation at any time, up to the last minute, as long as the driver has not started. A simple phone call or an email to the attention of our teams is sufficient.

In case of cancellation of your reservation, if payment is not made, there is therefore no refund to be expected. If, however, payment has already been made, please note that the reservation will be canceled free of charge and the payment will be kept for your next trip for one year. If the chauffeur is able to return your possession immediately, he will call you promptly. A fixed contractual cash payment of €25.00 will be charged to cover additional parking fees and time.

If you wish to receive your possession by post, please note that a fixed fee of €95.00, payable in advance, will be charged for all European shipments. For any extra-European shipment, a quote will be sent in advance for approval.

Any invoice request must be submitted via the online booking form. Failure to do so is subject to an administrative surcharge of €25.00 per invoice. Furthermore, the invoice is only issued once the service is completed and full payment has been received.
