During a departure or a return shuttle, payment can be made ;

• either by transfer via our bank account BE89 7320 5572 0285, specifying your reservation number in communication ;
• or via payment link (Debit card, Credit card – MasterCard, Visa, Amex), subject to our applicable terms ;
• or by cash to the chauffeur, subject to our applicable terms ;
• or by terminal in the vehicle, subject to our applicable terms.

Please note that for round-trip bookings, full payment is required at the initial pick-up, regardless of the payment method.

For return journeys, payment is systematically required by bank transfer to our account BE89 7320 5572 0285 (please include your booking number as the reference), or via payment link (Debit card, Credit card – MasterCard, Visa, Amex), subject to our applicable terms.

For regular and business clients with a standing agreement, ad hoc payment deadlines are set out in the framework agreement.

It is forbidden to travel with children on your lap. CHAR-LI secures the transport of your child by placing him in a suitable seat. It is imperative to let us know at the time of booking.

It is essential to fully understand how PRM assistance works at airports. Must be distinguished :

• assistance before the terminal, organized with the airport and CHAR-LI. The airport must be notified 48 hours prior to pick-up.
• assistance after the terminal, organized by the airlines, as long as you have indicated this on your reservation with the company. Otherwise, it will depend on the availability of a member of the PMR service.

If you forget to notify, rest assured that our teams will assist you, however, it will be a little more complicated, as the members of the PRM team are not available ad notum.

You can cancel your reservation at any time, up to the last minute, as long as the driver has not started. A simple phone call or an email to the attention of our teams is sufficient.

In case of cancellation of your reservation, if payment is not made, there is therefore no refund to be expected. If, however, payment has already been made, please note that the reservation will be canceled free of charge and the payment will be kept for your next trip for one year. If you wish to receive your possession by post, please note that a fixed fee of €95.00, payable in advance, will be charged for all European shipments. For any extra-European shipment, a quote will be sent in advance for approval.

Any invoice request must be submitted via the online booking form. Failure to do so is subject to an administrative surcharge of €25.00 per invoice. Furthermore, the invoice is only issued once the service is completed and full payment has been received.
