Our pricing processes are automated and delivered exclusively on the basis of precise and geographical information. It is therefore impossible to give a price directly over the phone. During a departure or a return shuttle, payment can be made ;

For regular or professional customers under agreement, ad hoc payment deadlines are determined by a framework agreement.

Il est tout à fait possible de boire de l'eau ou de l'eau pétillante, tout autre boisson étant exclue. Il est cependant interdit de manger dans le véhicule.

Toutefois, sous réserve de la souscription d'un forfait entretien en formule VIP ou Bespoke, il est possible de prendre une collation ou des boissons spécifiques dans le véhicule, vendues uniquement par nos équipes ou étant inclus dans l'offre suivant nos conditions générales de vente.

All of our seats are equipped with ISOFIX for the greatest safety of children.

It is essential to fully understand how PRM assistance works at airports. Must be distinguished ;

  • assistance before the terminal, organized with the airport and CHAR-LI. The airport must be notified 48 hours prior to pick-up.
  • assistance after the terminal, organized by the airlines, as long as you have indicated this on your reservation with the company. Otherwise, it will depend on the availability of a member of the PMR service.

If you forget to notify, rest assured that our teams will assist you, however, it will be a little more complicated, as the members of the PRM team are not available ad notum.

Any friendly 4-legged travel companion is welcome, as long as it is carried in a transport bag or a cage for this purpose. Any companion who does not respect this obligation will result in a refusal of pick-up or an increased pricing for the maintenance of the vehicle, subject to the application of our conditions.

Depending on the formula selected, our teams will accompany you until boarding, provide information on access to the airport or amenities and assist you with your luggage. Please note that when traveling with children or seniors, our teams always accompany you to the terminal, for everyone's safety, and above all, your peace of mind.

Our teams are always present to welcome you ;

  • 15 minutes after landing if you have no checked baggage
  • 45 minutes after your landing if you have at least one piece of baggage in the hold

In all cases, your driver will contact you as soon as you land to inform you of his presence and remind you of the pick-up information previously sent in the confirmation email and listed on our website.

In the event of a delay, provided that you have indicated your flight number when booking, we are already informed. However, on rare occasions, airlines may not update real-time information for major disruptions. It is therefore always advisable to send us a message by email, telephone or via the company's Whatsapp. In the event of unnotified excessive waiting, an increase will be applied according to our general conditions of sale.


You can cancel your reservation at any time, up to the last minute, as long as the driver has not started. A simple phone call or an email to the attention of our teams is sufficient.

In case of cancellation of your reservation, if payment is not made, there is therefore no refund to be expected. If, however, payment has already been made, please note that the reservation will be canceled free of charge and the payment will be kept for your next trip for one year. After one year, if no trip is undertaken, it will be returned to you in full.

When getting out of a vehicle, it is your responsibility to check that you have not forgotten anything. However, forgetting something can happen so quickly.

You have forgotten a phone, wallet, blanket or any other item? No worries, we'll organize it quickly.

If the driver is able to return your possession immediately, he will call you promptly. A contractual lump sum payment of 25,00 € is then due to compensate for the additional parking costs and time required.​

If the driver is unable to return it immediately, following compliance with his schedule, your possession is secured at the company's head office at the end of the day. A fixed contractual payment of €25.00 is then due to compensate for the additional management costs and time required.

Your property may, upon simple written request and at your convenience, be returned to the head office or sent by post, the shipping costs being your responsibility.

For any request for invoicing, the latter must be submitted at the time of booking. Any request for invoicing after the fact is subject to a flat fee of €25.00. In addition, the invoice is only issued once the mission has been completed and full payment has been received.

For efficiency reasons, all calls go through our call center. Assistants have a centralized view of the schedules and real-time position of the drivers, in order to inform you at any time. In addition, this strategy allows the driver to keep their full concentration on the road, as well as both hands on the wheel.
